Please supply your name, address, telephone number and order number when contacting us regarding cancellation. Refunds will be sent to the customer when the returned goods have been inspected by the sellers.
If you need to request a refund we reserve the right to deduct the initial credit card / paypal processing charges which are not refunded to us when issuing you your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We allow 30 days for you to return unwanted items but they must be kept in all original packaging for a full refund. Buyer pays for postage.
