The legal entity for Paul's Fireworks is BGKM Retail Ltd
It is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to purchase fireworks, by agreeing to purchase you confirm that you are over the age of 18. On delivery and collection, if it is deemed necessary, we will require proof of age before handing over any fireworks.
All of our fireworks on this website conform to the European standard and are CE marked making them suitable for sale to the public.
The law states you must not set off or throw fireworks (including sparklers) in the street or other public places. You must not set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am. The exceptions are: Bonfire Night, when the cut off is midnight.
Cancellation policy: Pauls Fireworks are unable to refund for cancelled displays which have occurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days beginning from the time we receive your order. However, if you agree that we dispatch your order the same day, then you give up this right to cancellation.
If your parcel has already been dispatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee. Your refund will not be made until the parcel has been returned back to us.
It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. All returned goods must be in a sealable condition at your expense.
The seller will arrange collection of the goods using their preferred specialist carrier.
Payment
Payment is accepted by credit or debit card. All goods remain the property of Pauls Fireworks until payment is received in full. In the event that payment is rejected we reserve the right to recover the goods. Security and risk of damage to goods is the responsibility of the buyer from the moment collection or delivery takes place.
Data privacy
We have a privacy statement for all clients. All personal details that you give us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of any orders and payments secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
